• 5/8" Picket: Standard wood pickets are 5/8" thick and will work best with the Picket Spacer Sets. 
• 1"x6" Spacer Sets: Designed for a "nominal" 3/4" thickness. Some premium pickets are actually 3/4", so check the thickness of your slats.
• 5/4" Deck Boards: Referred to as 5/4" but the nominal thickness is 1". For 1" thickness, whether you're using wood or composite, the Deck Board Spacer Set is your option. 

Engineered to add structural strength, the spacer locks in perfect slat spacing, preventing warping, sagging, and twisting of slats.

Eight-foot spans allow you to use standard uncut 8-foot slats, thereby reducing the number of posts required. This saves times, effort, and expense while reducing waste.

Spacer Screws for Easily Installing Spacers

Tiny Head Ceramic Coated Corrosion-Resistant Exterior Wood Screws are a premium exterior screw designed for easily and quickly installing Slat Spacers. They feature a corrosion-resistant bronze ceramic coating to ensure they last, even in harsh weather (best-in-class corrosion resistance exceeds the 1,000-hour ASTM salt spray test). 

Forget pre-drilling. The advanced self-starting tip and coarse threads mean no pilot hole is needed. The design minimizes wood splitting compared to standard screws. A tiny head provides a flush fit and minimum visibility. 

The T-15 Star (Torx) drive and ceramic coating makes the screw stay on the head of your screwdriver and prevents stripping. A T-15 driver bit is included with your order of Spacer Sets.
