Structural & Installation Disclaimer
EZ Louver products are components intended for use in larger construction projects. Proper installation is critical. All products must be installed in strict accordance with the provided installation guides and local building codes.
Chapter 3 Ventures LLC is not responsible for structural failures, collapses, or injuries resulting from:
- Improper installation or use of incorrect fasteners;
- Use of degraded, rotted, or non-compatible lumber or materials;
- Exceeding structural load limits or improper weight distribution.
Engineering & Local Building Codes
While our products are designed for durability, EZ Louver does not provide site-specific engineering services. Building codes, wind-load requirements, and permit regulations vary significantly by location.
- It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that their specific projects meets all local building permits and safety requirements.
- We strongly recommend a review by a licensed professional engineer for large-scale, commercial, or high-risk installations.
Limitation of Liability
By purchasing and using these products, the user acknowledges the inherent risks of construction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Chapter 3 Ventures LLC shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the products paid by the customer.
