Undeliverable Packages:

In the event that a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or other reasons beyond our control, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges incurred.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

EZ Louver is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been shipped and a tracking number provided, the responsibility for the package is transferred to the customer.
