Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be satisfied with your EZ Louver purchase. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at: info@ezlouver.com

  1. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label and specific instructions where to send your package.
  2. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. When we process your refund, the actual cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund total. 

  • Original shipping charges from the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Damages, Defects, and Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us at info@ezlouver.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if we shipped the incorrect item.

  • In these specific cases, we will provide a replacement, or a full refund, and EZ Louver will cover all associated shipping costs to make it right.

Exchanges & Customer Errors

If you accidentally ordered the incorrect size, color, or quantity, you may return the item(s) within our 30-day window (must be unused and in original packaging).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method, less the cost of return shipping.
  • Processing Time: Most banks and credit card companies take 3-10 business days to post the refund to your account.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@ezlouver.com.
